It's good quality. But it should have come with instructions on how to fit it. When you know how it's easy, But the clip which needs to be depressed to release the old pipe is between the body of the cleaner and the collar on the pipe. Fitting

The hose itself does not fit and click in at the bottom which when the hoover is being used as an upright isn’t an issue! But when you use the extended pipe and the hose is stretched it pops out of the bottom and needs to be constantly pushed back in.

dissapointing

It was sold as used/second hand but I am a bit disappointed as when stretched out it had HOLES in which I had to tape up so I could get better suction when cleaning the stairs. Wish I had bought a brand new one.Read full review

Don't be put off by price. The original hose could have lasted longer, about 5 years.

Better quality than similar other OEM parts

bit of a tight fit onto the D25 but ok once secured. Tubing seemed heavier and more robust than other OEM parts I have had in the past.

Poor Fit

Hose appears to be good quality but unfortunately the bottom connector does not clip into place. The connector is jammed in but only inserts half way....I am hoping it will stay in place.
