This is a must-have for walking around off the bike if you have Speedplay Light Action Cleats. They fit the cleat perfectly and don't come off unexpectedly or accidentally. They are quite durable, also. This is my second pair. The first pair lasted 7 years!Read full review

You would be crazy to no use these!

A must for 1)being able to safely walk in cycling shoes without slipping. 2) Keeps mud, grass, ect out of the cleats to insure they work properly. 3) prevents wear on cleats from walking on hard surfaces.Read full review
