this in mix with the sweet sweat belt is awesome! i have had a very hard time losing the love handle and trimming down my belly to see those abs this product is the only thing that has helped in that area with my workout. Best investment i have ever made! After a week of use i started to see a difference in my belly. After a month of use i am finally able to see some ab definition and i have lost an inch on my waist which was all love handles. The coconut smell is nice and mild not over powering which is a plus. It will make you sweat which i love. it doesnt matter how hard i work out i hardly sweat but with the belt i sweat every workout. I love this !Read full review
