The Stanley "Fat Max" professional glue gun.
Having previously owned, and used, much cheaper glue guns of this general type I was immediately impressed by the quality of this product. In application it is more positive than the ones I have used before and, even with the standard tip, is much more precise. I haven't used it on any precision work yet, but I get the feeling that it would be possible to do so.
Another advantage of the Stanley "Fat Max" glue gun is that one has a choice of two heat settings, which adds to the versatility. The 200 watt element heats up quickly so one can use the implement almost as soon as it is plugged in.

Well built, hardworking tool
Was tired of cheaper style and manufactured Hot Glue Guns. Found this product which suited my needs well, and the benefit of a timed cut-out if accidentally left on power, is priceless. A quick warm up time is also of great benefit. May not be as good as those as those $300 - $400 type guns, but so far has performed admirably. Very impressed
Very impressed with quality and design, except for I have issue with the trigger which traps glove on each pull!
Other than that I am very impressed with the speed of heating up and readiness for use.
The dual heat option is a very real bonus, much more so than I thought it could be.
It does not drip during periods of disuse but is ready when you need it.
All-In-All I think it is a really good hot glue gun.

Fast warm up and high throughput

Looks good but unreliable for the money
Packed up after, one use 3/4 sticks went to use it this morning for only 2nd time and it will not heat up on any setting (hi/low) but does light up so no fuse issues, as it is an expensive glue gun one would expect some use out of it, may have been a" one off" issue so asked for replacement rather than refund...time will tell.Read full review...
