Great size and portability

I used this product for 5 years at my last work position. Now I bought one for my home office. I like it because of it's size and the fact that it can be battery powered. It is very portable. This item does not work

Keys on this machine stick constantly. Am very disappointed because this was stated as new and it does not work. Numerous buttons stick and do not record although they are pushed
