From the most uncoordinated man on the planet, this fit the bill perfectly. Not complicated and easy to follow. I don't have a lot of room and previous comments referenced that you don't need a lot. They were right. I'm very satisfied with Gilad and his supporting cast.

I remember watching GJ’s shows on ESPN and these videos are definitely what I need. Eighties Step Aerobics
This is straight out of the 80's, but I am from that era and can relate, and I need the exercise. Instead of doing exercise for the "seniors" I'd rather ramp it up a bit and do aerobics a little bit more challenging and this was challenging back then, and for an older person it is certainly challenging now.
