AC/DC Still Can Make A Great Record

How you view STIFF UPPER LIP really depends on what your AC/DC expectations are. If you expect every record to be a HIGHWAY TO HELL or BACK IN BLACK, then you have been disappointed on many AC/DC records. It you accept that AC/DC, like all artists have a peak critically and commercially, but still can put out a great album, then you certainly will enjoy it. If you insist on blurting, "Yeah, but it's not as good as...", well, maybe you should lighten up and enjoy some hard rocking fun.

One of the great things about the songs (and most AC/DC albums) is that only a couple songs are substantially more than four minutes long, which means they don't ruin a good song with unnecessary riffs or extended jamming better served on a live record where it might be expected.

great album

very happy with the cd was raised on this music. ac dc is one of my favorite band. only next to metallica. recommend this album to anybody. would definately be looking for some more ac dc albums

Decent AC/DC CD

Im a big AC/DC fan and I must admit this cd is not their best, it has a couple good songs, but if you want a quality cd I would go with Back in Black or Powerage. However, still worth the buy seeing as they aren't available on iTunes.Read full review...
