good "affect" need to shampoo the dog several times for Cure of mange
also suitable for people.. My Husband "accidentally" used it and he said "Honey I love this Shampoo" can ya get me some more? " I have never felt so CLEAN" ( we use well water for showers and laundry) we also use "processed" well water for drink or cook purposes
NO BLEACH Fluorides or triHalomethanes in our consumption water..
Great Product overall even good for chigger bites, but I think a Higher content of coal tar oil is best for certain skin afflictions or more aggressive insect control

Itchy dog.
I have a 4 year old female dachshund/terrier mix who always seems to be itchy. I use Nextgard flea medication on her and I've never found a flea on her, neither does she have dry/flaky skin. Perhaps she's allergic to something in her diet, IDK. For some reason this summer she's been unusually itchy, so I decided to try a medicated shampoo on her. I've now bathed her 4 times in the past 3 weeks with the Sulfodene Medicated Shampoo and Conditioner and I believe there's been some improvement in her incessant itching. I've also had her on an Omega-3 supplement for the past 3 weeks. Because my dog is still scratching I can only give this product a 3-star rating and I don't know whether the improvement is due to the shampoo or the Omega-3 supplement. Read full review...

I don't yet know the results of how good it works but it smell great and my dog's fur felt as if it has a heavy conditioner so I know it's moisturizing her skin. That alone is a wonderful.
