I'm using these workbooks to keep an elderly man's brain sharp. After just 3 days (roughly 6 pages of the workbook), I've noticed a huge improvement in his mental abilities. I'm sure these workbooks are excellent when used for their intended purpose (3rd graders), but they are also excellent for the elderly. I highly recommend this particular workbook.
