Best for Ford Cmax 2009 with fitting bolts

We moved our household with this roof bars. Strong and robust. Fits well with Ford Cmax 2009 with fitting holes on the top hidden under the plastic cover. (fitting bolts included)

Not a good fit

The foot of a roof rack to my mind should sit flush with the car roof, the blocks that sit under the foot hold it off by 15 mm, as per pic. So the foot sits on a small block, I questioned this and apparently it is right. I can't see it personally, to my mind it will be noisy, and unstable. Read full review...

This must be the hardest roof rack I have ever tried to fit, even now it is proving troublesome with little or no room for movement of the bolt down fittings. I will get it fitted eventually.

Great bars, work well, great value.

Fits well to my car. I was able to fit my existing roof box onto my car even though I could no longer get Ford bars for the car that I have. Simple to fit on the car. Easy to store.

Roof rack

It took me an hour to fit the roof rack to my , half the fittings were, as per instructions, wrong so I had to use the ones designed for other models. After finally assembling everything, the rubber covers look anything but professional and every time I drive between 10-60mph , the rack makes a whistling noise which is so loud that people looking at my car when I drive past . Good sturdy roof bars

Very sturdy and low noise whole driving with it on the car. Quite difficult to install first time.

Good for light items

These bars screw into the roof, they are universal and fit a number of cars. They carry up to 50kg so no good for heavy loads.
When on they seem sturdy enough but look odd because the feet do not rest on the roof (I think because they are universal)
A good cheap purchase for transporting light loads.
