It does a good job of keeping the coffee hot, but as other people have said, it is a bit fiddly getting the top on properly. Very good grip on the side means that you should never drop it.

Hard to clean lid

The lid is almost impossible to clean inside, have to soak it in sterilizing fluid. Not good for drinks with milk. Keeps hot for ages though.
