The area for your neck(cradle area) is too long, unless you have a longer than usual neck, your head does not hit the middle of the pillow. This creates sore ears while side sleeping as they are constantly rubbing on the dip of the neck space. Also, the pillow isn't highe enough to accommodate the height of one's shoulder(and I'm only 5'-2"). Disappointed.Read full review

I'm a side sleeper and roll over several times during sleep. This pillow has a place your neck goes and it makes it extremely difficult to roll. Your head and neck tends to stay in the depression made in the memory foam. Good pillow just didn't work for me.Read full review

Best pillow for people with c-pap machines and sore necks

I have arthritis in my neck and I have to sleep with a c-pap machine. I have spent about $500.00 on pillows that are supposed to help. I have purchased the "My Pillow", which is good but not with a c-pap machine. I have had pillows that are designed to sleep with a c-pap machine and many, many other very expensive pillow. My neck always hurts and I always have a hard time falling asleep with the c-pap on. This pillow is amazing. In desperation for a good pillow I purchased this pillow and I am pleased that I can lay my head down on this with my c-pap on and I am very comfortable.
