Adequate but not the best

I use Valerian to help me sleep. I found Swanson Valerian on Ebay after trying a few lemons on Ebay. Swanson is far better than paying the absurd prices for EU Valerian in health shops like Holland & Barrett. Swanson Valerien is acceptable but the quality can vary from bottle to bottle. The best Valerian is Natures Sunshine Valerian. Swanson Valerian is about half as good. I have to take twice as much Swanson Valerian than Natures Sunshine Valerian to help me sleep.Read full review

Really well made product which arrived in perfect condition. Sadly though the product hasn't worked so I can't recommend it. Might work for others but hasn't helped myself or my partner.
