O sugar grams powdered sugar for Weight Watchers.
So glad for this product to cut the sugar in recipes for Weight Watchers. O grams in this powdered sugar & 27 grams in regular powdered sugar. This is a win win product & glad I now own some!👍

Tastes exactly like table sugar, with no "off" or aftertaste. Perfect for Keto
Look on the back of the package at the ingredients and you will see that this is Erythritol, an alcohol sugar that passes through your body without spiking your insulin. Being an alcohol sugar, the body doesn't recognize it as sugar. A diabetic could eat the whole package at one time and other than perhaps having an upset stomach, It would have no effect. ... There's no "off" taste or aftertaste. It tastes exactly likr table sugar. It's perfect for a ketogenic diet. You can use it like regular cane sugar.
The only downsides I see are that it is more costly than table sugar (sucrose), and its slower to dissolve than sucrose. For this reason I recommend the much finer ground confectioner's version.Read full review...
