A Good Choice for Cleaning

The replaceable battery is the best feature of this sweeper. This purchase was my third of this sweeper. The handle is thin and lightweight. It is easily damaged. The Swivel sweeper works well in all directions. The Swivel feature aids in picking up grit like cat litter. The reservoir openes easily from the bottom to dump dirt. The spinning brushes will pick up strings and stray fibers. The clear case will soon get covered in dust, but it works quite well. I can recommend it as a cost effective alternative.Read full review

Don't waste your money

I REALLY was hoping to like this for my classroom. I'm constantly sweeping and after awhile it takes a toll on my back. The convenience of this lightweight sweeper would have been a dream, had it actually been effective. Instead it just seems to blow the particles around instead of actually suck them up and trap them. I'm having to go over areas 5 times or more just to do a decent job. Most of the time I just ditch it and use the broom anyway. Otherwise I'm spending 4x longer with this sweeper than an actual broom.

Swivel Sweeper is the best on the market

I LOVE Swivel Sweepers! I've used them since they were first advertised on TV. They are lightweight and great for swiveling in tight spaces and under chairs without having to move the chairs! I also bought one for my mom and for my church. The cleaning people at church loved it so much, they went and bought one for themselves to use at home. Really works well for quick cleaning of floor! Light weight and compact storage. Not for heavy duty cleaning, but definitely great for kitchen, bathroom etc in between major cleaning times. Nice small sweeper, but it doesn't beat the Electrolux vacuum cleaner!

Nice little sweeper! I've had a few of them. One thing I noticed on the new ones is that when you are on carpeting, the base flips up and what was in the collection of dust compartment dumps the contents.

I empty it each time after using it, but it flips up when on the carpeting, dumping all the contents on the rug.Read full review

Swivel Sweeper work great!

We really like the Swivel Sweeper. It works great and is super convenient for us. This is our second one and the last one lasted quite a few years. (probably could have just ordered a new battery). The one thing I liked about the first one better than second is the bottom tray used to come completely off to empty it and the new one is on a hinge. I know, it sounds petty but I found it easier and neater to pop the debris tray right off to dump it rather than hold the Sweeper over the garbage can to dump it. We use this mainly for picking up pet hair tumble weeds and crumbs on hard surface flooring but it also works good on carpet as long as it's not too thick. Great for area rugs and it will go under very low furniture. It is overall an inexpensive, pretty good quality, lightweight, easy to menuver rechargable vacuum. It's a little bit noisy but who cares. Best sweeper ever, but I don't expect it will last forever.

The only reason I can't give a 5 Star Rating is based on my past experiences with previous Swivel Sweepers.
Unless the newest Swivel Sweeper Max is built MUCH stronger, IMHO, they are not built to last forever.

Having said that, I think it is the best sweeper.

Great value for the money. Brushes are easy to remove and clean. Not meant for rugs, but will lightly clean very low pile rugs.
