I purchased this three device card. The first PC. All I had to do was to give the code to continue my protection for another year. My wife got a new computer. So, I downloaded the internet security from a site shown on the card. I entered the product key from the same card. Activating it also for a year of protection. Misleading

I expected this to be a 2014 version with a free upgrade to 2015. It doesn't list the year/version and I was stupid to expect otherwise. It is an old 2013 version with the upgrade to 2014. It was a pain to install (going round and round between install pages and Norton's website) and I still get messages from Norton to upgrade because my coverage is "outdated." I have used Norton for several years and had no viruses. I like how simple it is to load the product key. you just click the Norton icon on your desktop or in your program files. It will tell you of any treats it has found. there is a small wording at the bottom that says renew you just click on it and it will take you to a page where you enter your new product key it loads fast and does some scanning of your computer then tells you how long before it expires again each day it counts down 1 from 365 days until it reaches 0 then you must renew again.Read full review
