Super-effective, super-easy to set up and great value for money

Brilliant - I had hardly any signal in my shed/garden office before, and now I have virtually full signal, which I need for my job. It was also super easy to set up - I was worried it would be complicated but it was pretty much just plug in, push a button and go. Instructions are easy to follow. Very good value for money, I would recommend for anyone setting up a garden office or with low signal in parts of the house. Read full review...

Fairly simple to set up and use, doesn’t support 5Ghz signals. Pass-through feature is a great way of not losing use of the mains socket! 😃

I was able to clone my WiFi network fairly easily by following the instructions, and by placing the booster/range extender on the other floor of my house within range of the main router, I was able to successfully extend the range of the WiFi signal.

Be aware that this device only supports the 2.4Ghz range. Therefore, you either need an older router which only broadcasts a 2.4Ghz signal, or a newer router which broadcasts both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz signals simultaneously. If your router only transmits a 5Ghz signal, this device will not be compatible.

There is an optional app you can download for your mobile phone to check the configuration of the booster/range extender once it has been set up. It allows you to relocate the device to the edge of minimum required signal from your existing router, allowing you to place it as close as possible to the previous no signal area. This way, you don’t have to guess which socket is either too close to, or too far away from, your existing router in order to extend the signal in the most efficient manner possible.

The above having been said, I can now use all my devices (mobile phones, tablet PCs, laptop, etc) all over the house with complete WiFi coverage on the 2.4Ghz signal! 👍

Works well and is easy to set-up

I previously bought a Pix-Link and it was a faff to setup and didn't work the way advertised. I have used a lot of TP-Link equipment before so I assumed it would work well. I was right, it is easy to setup and has worked flawlessly ever since.

Although I bought the open-box version from this company it was 100% complete and perfect in every way.

2 minute set up!

It literally took two minutes to open up the product and set it up. Just two buttons to press and it’s all done. My wifi barely reached my kitchen and now I’m sat at the end of my garden and I’m still connected! Very happy with the product and delivery was insanely fast too.Read full review...

Great product for extending Wi Fi

Does what it says on the box and takes a minute to set up by pushing the WPS button on the extender and on the router.
If you're speeds are slow in an area of your home this does work.
Simple.

Great WIFI Extender

This product does exactly what I needed it to do and that was extend my WIFI signal to my upstairs as it was weak up there. I got it up and running after about 15 minutes, and basically the best way to get sorted is read the instructions and try method 1 to get on and if that fails try method 2. I had to use method 2 in order to get it connected. Once that was out of the way I had solid signal and no further issues.Read full review...

Easy to set up.

Worked really well to bring coverage to the other half of my house. Really easy to set up using the Android app. Pass through plug is great so I so not have to use an adapter.

Another good TP-Link network product.

TP-Link produce good network products - I already use a router and a network switch manufactured by them.
Bought this to allow a non-wifi 'box' [with internet cable socket] to connect to the internet without 'miles' of network cable. as it's the same manufacturer, it was a simple matter to 'pair up'(?) the device with the router [pressing a couple of buttons].
Works OK.

TL-WA860RE works remarkably well

Bought a TL-WA860RE to relay WiFi from one non-profit shop to another. The distance of maybe 40m and two walls proved just a bit too much to reach right into the second shop. Bought this second TL-WA860RE in the hope (no more) that a relay of a relay would help. With one relay in the window of shop1 and another in the window of shop2 we have perfect WiFi in shop2. A relay of a relay using this device works surprisingly well.Read full review...
