I'm a complete novice to home recording so was slightly bamboozled initially, but the instruction manual is good and I was up and running and getting great results after just a few hours. Once you've found your way around it's intuitive. Recording and editing is easy, and importing and exporting from/to the PC is straightforward. The only minor grouse is there's no power supply included, and it gets through batteries in no time. The Tascam power supply is available at a hefty £27 but there are cheaper equivalents which I'm told are just as good. I'm waiting for mine to arrive, hopefully before I need to buy my fourth set of batteries.Read full review...
