Saw this kind of chopper being used on a YouTube recipe demo & then searched on eBay. This was not the cheapest but had a triple cutting blade where others had double. This made it very easy to chop onions. I just put one in and in about two seconds had a minced onion. The chopper is quite small--you couldn't chop a large onion in it, only a small or medium-size one--but if, like me, you cook for one or two, this makes chopping very easy, especially for a recipe that requires many chopped ingredients.Read full review...
