Avoid at all cost
This is just about the worst teach yourself book I've ever used. There's hardly any structure to it, so you have to constantly refer back and forth for references to things. It has some crazy stuff - post subjective tense in chapter 3, before even introducing the present text - WHAT..... If you have to use this book for a course as I did, keep your own index of where things are. If you don't have to use it. DONT.Read full review...
