Well worth the £16. Roller bearings are roll smoothly, held in place by M8 hex bolts. They won't be taking much weight, so they should hold up for years of use.
Pegs are all solid steel, and galvanised.
Long shaft and cones run smooth as silk off of each other. Look like the cones are locked into place with M4 hex bolts.
I was going to make my own, but you can't for this price.
