About R8 collets attachment.

Hi. I bought this machine for end mill sharpening and was lucky to get accessories for R8 collets. The machine made not bad and it does not mean you can use it right the way. Need to do many touch up’s and readjustment. BUT accessories for end mill side sharpening can’t be used ABSOLUTLY! R8 collet does not fit at all – 50% stayed outside. You can see the pictures. Pinole side-to-side movement 0.45mm!!! Super high precision! When I move it forward or backward it makes the loud noise like has the bolt thread on it. So the most important attachment absolutely can not be used! The divider attachment also not perfect but usable. Attachment for sharpening lathe cutters also scrap! Stacked and damaged screws threads. The diamond pen holder flexible because it made from painted PLASTIC!!! User manual clearly shows the different type METAL holder. So, I spent 1500$ for equipment what cannot be used until I will get the C5 collets attachment or will make something by myself…
P.S.
The similar unit with 5C collets attachments made much better and works just fine. No problems with seller. Machine was sent quickly and I received it within one week in original factory box. I have more pictures and video files but the limit 5 only.
