This is a really great doorbell, there is an option to chose from 52 different chimes and there is a way to save the chosen chime, so when it is taken out of the plug the chosen chime is still there when it is plugged back in. There is also an option of 4 volume settings and an option to chose from doorbell ringing together with the light flashing, light flashing on its own without the sound and doorbell sound without the lights flashing. A1 for the primary job but the range seems about the same as the previous TeckNet bell (I broke one of the old receivers). 100 feet (line of sight) is the best I've managed so the end of our garden (secondary job) is not a goer. 25mtrs and works well

From our gates (metal double gates) to house is around 25-30 mtrs distance these tecknet seemed ok on paper and truth be told great in practice. Benefit of having 2 receivers/door chimes for me is between the gates and house is our garage aprox 12 mtrs from gate placing one receiver there and the other in the house allows both the caller and me to hear the door bell. would highly recommend this product if like me distance is a problem.Read full review
