This is a great iron works really well fast heat up time, lightweight but a bit heavier when water tank is full, glides easily and most importantly gets rid of the creased up look.

Easy to use as very much like my old one.can see water level easily too.
Is a bit heavy, but will get used to it I hope.

The perfect iron

This is the best iron I have ever used, and I have used quite a few in my 50 years of ironing for my family.
The main thing is that it produces an even amount of steam, without hissing it all out when I finish ironing and stand it upright.
It is comfortable to hold, and just a joy to use.

Good iron, steams the creases out very well. My previous iron was heavyish so I'm used to the weight - this Tefal is heavier especially with the weight of the water in it as well. The position of the press switch under the handle has caused me to squirt inadvertently but it's not a problem. So far, I've only used the iron once but it does a great job.

My ironing board is quite an old one and has a slot at the end of it where an iron can rest on a slight angle. This iron is too wide (with the outer framework round it) to fit into the slot. I don't use the slot much anyway so that's not a problem to me I just leave it standing on end. I'm very pleased with the iron.Read full review...
