Brightest Mini Mag Conversion

If you want a Mini Mag LED this is the way to go. Forget the three cell model and there is at least one competitor but this one is the brightest. Not the cheapest, the brightest.

Go back to the drawing board, guys!

Hard to install!! Almost impossible to get LED prongs into old sockets because of black plastic collar around the LED obscures your view, and when you finally get them in, the larger diameter prongs expand the sockets so that your old bulb will no longer stay in if you want to reinsert it. There HAS to be a better way. Stood on my head for 1/2 hour with my wife holding a flashlight to get it done..now the "upgrade" flickers constantly when I turn it on. Plus, now I've ruined my old MagLite if I ever want to go back to an incandescent bulb.Read full review

Maglite LED upgrade

WOW! I've used maglites my whole life. In my shop, garage, kitchen and hunting and they are great flashlights. These LED upgrades are unbelievable. Flashlight upgrade

This is everything it claims to be. It is an easy upgrade, the hardest part was unscrewing the lens cap. The LED is very bright and appears to draw less current than the old incandescent lamp so the batteries should last longer. If you have one of the older mini Mag-Lites then you really should consider this kit instead of buying another short-lived incandescent lamp.Read full review
