Eric Carle "The Artist who Painted a blue horse book
I am a first time Grandma toma nearly 2 year old girl. I along with most love Eric Carle and Margret Wise Brown. But on her ber own at age 6 months she only wanted his colorful books and stories read aloud. We've went so far as to find animated versions of each book on you tube and she is an see that her book comes to life on television. I also find it best that the books are not changes but simply have movement added to the horse for example as he walks. We read along but she always prefers the tangible book as we read together. Eric Carle is a national treasure and his collage art work reinates with all children I've ever witnessed reading these books⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Read full review...

Understanding that art is what you like - you can play with colors.
The artwork is extraordinary. Brilliant colors are very attractive to children. The story is simple and short enough to keep the attention of very young ones. The artist/storyteller paints animals in every color but their natural one, allowing children to use their imaginations, and understand that all art does not have to be "photographic."Read full review...
