Best Aga Manual ever

As a first time Aga owner, I was very unsure of the processes and sheer volume of know how needed before I even started. I have purchased half a dozen other book, all claiming to give me that knowledge.
This is definitely the best I have found so far. The book goes into the detail of why you put things where you do in the oven, even details the shelf used,
