ok, I LOVE curries anyway, so maybe I'm biased, but this book is now one of my new favourites. Classic recipes, easily explained, workable ingredients ( as in, findable...any Asian shop, big supermarket for a lot of them, also easy to double up recipes if entertaining several friends).
