I bought this book for a friends daughter as part of her engagement present. Apparently she very happy with the recipes and can't wait to start cooking.

Very impressed

This is the very first gluten free recipe book I have purchased and I am VERY impressed with it. Easy to follow recipes most with colour photographs. The ingredients are easily sourced in your local supermarket or health food store. I have made several dishes from this book and all have been successful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this book to anyone not just people with a gluten intolerance. I have bought other gluten free books since this one but this one remains a firm favourite. And I am not gluten intolerant! I bought this book as I have friends who are gluten intolerant and I never know what to feed them when they visit.
