I used to like watching The Goodies when I was much younger and it brings back some good memories.
The first time I watched it I was a little disappointed in the humour, but watching it again I can see much more and I am starting to enjoy it again.

I remember this show with great fondness from my childhood , the 3 stars , Graeme Garden,Tim Brook Taylor and Bill Oddie were superstars back then , and this show was absolutely massive and very very funny, 30 years have passed and although it seems a bit dated it still makes me laugh , definitely worth a second lookRead full review...

Goodies going Ga Ga

The Goodies (70's comedy) - Let's go down memory land with the troublesome trio. Growing up in the 70's was an experience in itself and society will never be the same again. The Goodies is a small example of the 70's and although quite slapstick with a dash of conservative zany outbursts it got my kids laughing their head off as it is for all ages. Despite being 'old type of humour' it tickles the ribs of most. I had to forward certain rude bits and get the kids to look away as things were quite light hearted in the 70's but apart fropm that this DVD is one for the family to watch.Read full review...

I used to watch The Goodies way back in the 1970s.
It was really good to relive the magic and humour that this show gave.
The scene with the giant cat for example.

Excellent fun. My grandchildren love it!!

My children loved the Goodies, and when my grandchildren saw a clip from Kitten Kong I knew they would too. It has been on continuous loop since I gave the dvd to them for a birthday.
