Good haunted house movie

If you like old fashioned psychological terror without gore or special effects, this is the movie for you. It's among the best of the haunted house movies and it's among the oldest, based on a book by Shirley Jackson. I've read both the novel and watched the movie and the movie with a screenplay by the author herself, Shirley Jackson, is a good adaption of the book. I recommend watching it.Read full review
