Very true and approiate.

I read it over thirty years ago. I found it to be an eye opening, factual explanation of the last signs of the return of Jesus (Rapture) which I believe is about to happen any moment.(Rapture)I have been a student of this subject even before that and have personally seen many signs myself and have amazing proof thereof and my own theoroies. The antichrist is about to appear. Every day christianity is attacked. People are getting 666 tattoos,minister claims to be antichrist, chocolate Jesus/ O'Bama.Recent blood moon eclipse last sign before judgement day Joel 3.31.We've already had many objects fall from space recently and sev eral UFO's. I've tried for many years to find the book again. What I didn't like is; You can't communicate with their ministry. I've sent several e mails to Hal Lindsay and their orginazition with no response. Great title!

We read this book when it first came out and still have a copy. This purchase was for another family member. This book was written over 35 years ago, but it is even more pertinent for today. Israel became a nation May 14, 1948; according to the Bible, this book said one generation would not pass away before certain things would happen - they ARE happening!!!! We are seeing prophesy coming true before our eyes!!!! Scary and amazing stuff! This is very worthwhile-reading for anyone who is interested in today's world events. The Late Great Planet Earth

I love this book and have read it several times including when it first came out 30 years ago. Hal Lindsey is excellent in reporting what the end times are like and what is now happening in the world. He explains it very well and it's a must read if you're a Christian and are wondering why various things are happening with President Obama in office. Hopefully more people will read it and have their eyes opened to the reality of the Rapture of Jesus Christ and how people should get their lives in order with our Lord.Read full review...

Hal Lindsey has researched and shared the prophetic scriptures and how they have all been fulfilled, and also shares what it says about future events. What is in the Bible will come to pass. We don't know exactly when but things are happening now that I believe we are in the time of fulfillment of the tribulation time. Get ready! I bought this book when it came out in the 70's. I found it to be hard to put down. At the time I really couldn't see how some of the things in this book could possible be true.
