Great book for anyone suffering from depression or want to believe in themselves. Read others reviews not just mine.
I bought this book as a follow up to The Secret and I was not disappointed. It is a bit repetitive but it has to be so that one remembers how to train the mind to be full of love, to be grateful and giving, and in return for being so positive, instead of being negative, more love and positivity returns with an abundance to our lives. It also teaches that we have the power to change our whole lives, even heal ourselves. I would certainly recommend all of Rhonda Byrnes books because they teach us how to use the power within ourselves to change our lives for the better. Simply a magical book
I have to say I like all of Rhonda Byrne's books, but for me this is my favourite it's like a course in anxiety depression faith and hope. It"s just so well written and laid out and there are things to do every day for 28 days that literally bring your moods up even if miracles don't happen it certainly does seem to have a positive effect when you can keep yourself in a state of happiness it's really very clever. For someone who's been suffering from depression these these books are absolutely magical I would highly recommend, this book in particular is my favourite.Read full review...
