Good value - and easy to store

I've been thinking about buying one of these for a long time, I've bought a few exercise 'gimmicks' over the years that were both boring to use and never really did what they said they would. This one is handy to use while watching tv, feeding the dogs etc - and easy to store. It also has reflexology points. Maybe it's a coincidence but I do feel better for using this and it targets your waist and stomach which are always hard to work on. Thumbs up from me so far.Read full review

slightly larger diameter

This torsion exercise board is slightly wider than most on the market and enables positioning feet apart giving greater stability. As most exercise intruct you to stand 'feet shoulder width apart' this must be a good thing.
