Great read

This book is a great read in so many ways. I had read it a few years ago , wanted a copy to keep. Unfortunately this copy was a bit tatty. There was something stuck to front cover...maybe food! Edges needed to be cleaned, basically filthy. So really it should only have been £2.Read full review...

"The Night Circus" a truly amazing read.

I bought this book after reading a review in 'stylist' magazine that claimed it to be “the new Harry Potter” but boasted on its originality. I have found the review to fall too sort, as I would in no way compare it to Harry Potter, it is truly in a league of its own!
This particular addition is beautifully made and I was very impressed with little details such as the built in book mark that added to the book being set in the past, as this was customary with older novels. Also the book had very interesting 'art' inside made from black and white pages that added to the imagery of the circus itself.
I would recommend this book as the plot is delicately woven and bursting with detailed description that seem to fall from the page and flower in your mind. I could go into more detail of the plot, but I think it would be enjoyed more when read how I read it, in delightful ignorance.Read full review...
