It has a lot of different poses. The models are definately from Europe and the women have hairy armpits so if this turns your stomach beware. The men are more ordinary looking - not a lot of definition of muscles; and it is in black and white, so no skin tones. The poses of the women are very good and there is a movement section which is also very nice:i.e. dance moves, leaps, running... All-in-all a good resource book.Read full review...

Lots of good poses. I liked the black and white pictures of this book versus. the colored photos books. I feel it is easier to interpret it in pencil or charcoal.
