Has everything going for it but stops short.

This film is good or should I say well made. Full to the brim with future film stars who can carry a movie all on their own now. The storyline is a little convoluted and very sad becoming a tragedy. Gang of kids of various ages either bringing themselves up or strays because their parents are violent or drunk etc are constantly picked on by the rich local jocks! One night the two youngest get set upon and stab a boy to death in defence and then go on the run and in hiding until they realise they have to go back and face the music. Before they leave a fire starts at their den and they save some littler kids. One (the knife owner) dying of fire burns and fumes and the other local hero. Ends with ‘Westside story’ style gang fight. I felt sorry for all concerned which is why I described it as a bit of a downer.Read full review...

great film for guys and girls, watch out for all the heart throbs girls

Great film with a huge amount of famous stars, story based around two gangs, kind of like west side story

Basic young love male bonding learn to respect each as an equal

This film shows all the film celebrities (Male) in the youth I suppose main character being Patrick Swazye who is no longer here, the film is a little rough & being black n white, this simply adds to the atmosphere/look of the film, but bring it down to a basic level its just a bloody good film everyone concerned with the picture both in front & behind the screen did in my opinion one of the very best films ever made...if you don't agree well that's your right but I don't care!!Read full review...

check and double check all the info before you buy

I would love to give you feed back about this product but have not been able to watch due to it being region 1. Which I didn't realise that it would no play in the uk. If it had stated this, when I looked to buy this I would have not bidded. I hate wasting money. So I cannot say if it works or good quality. So my advise is read everything, stroll down and double check if need be, especially if you are bidding. Don't rely on the description with the picture. Click on and read everything.
