Love it

I bought this after hearing rave reviews about it. I love this workout - I get up at 5 every morning (I have four children and not alot of spare time!) to do it. I've been doing it every day now (as well as cardio exercise for 2 hours every day) and I have lost over 2 stone and have really toned up. I love Tracys lack of commentary on the DVD - when you do it every day and know it inside out a load of chat would be very annoying! I couldn't master her dance cardio DVD as the moves were just too difficult so I do a different one. There's no point doing this any less than 4 times a week and ideally a lot more. The video is good fun and easy to follow, however there are some moves I don't have the physical fitness for but hopefully soon I'll be able to do those if i keep at the video. the DVD was completely new.Read full review...

enjoyable workout

I really enjoy using this DVD. i try to do it 3-4 times a week and it's doing the business! I haven't done any measuring or weighing but after 3 weeks I can see the difference

the video is good but not easy to follow but with some new move that help and i couldn't make up on the first morning that i did.

Workout DVD

This DVD wasn't for me it was for my girlfriend and she wanted it to keep fit and tone up her body but from what she has said it works and she uses it every other day.

Tracy Anderson DVD-Mat Workout

I decided to buy this DVD after hearing all the 'Tracy Anderson' hype on TV, magazines, etc....so I thought I would give it a go!

I love the workout! It is though very difficult and after the arm section, I almost thought my arms would never work again! Absolute killer!
I done the workout combined with another aerobics DVD about 3 times a week and seen results after approximately 2-3 weeks!

The only thing I do not like about this DVD is Tracy herself! Unfortunately, she comes across as arrogant and self obsessed, as she does not talk you through many of the moves, nor does she tell you when to swap to other leg, arm, etc, which leaves you in a position where you have to watch her all through the DVD. She lacks warmth and encouragement, although her DVD has certainly worked in helping me tone up.

Great toning exercises to be used in conjunction with cardio/aerobics.

Great if used in conjunction with some cardio/aerobic work. However the standing abs section in my view is useless and a redundant part of the workout for me. I have no idea what she is trying to achieve here and I see others who have purchased this DVD are of the same mind. Fortunately, it is a very small part of the whole workout. The arm and leg exercises are very good and I agree that the arms are challenging at first. However, I agree with other reviewers comments made about the lack of instruction from Tracy. She is clearly very toned and fit, however, a personality injection and a bit more instruction would be a welcome inclusion. Overall I think it is a good workout.Read full review...

DVD THAT WON'T WORK IN MY AREA, SO WHY SEND IT?!!

I ordered a DVD, checking clearly to make sure that the Ebay Ad said DVD and not R4 or anything different than would be compatable in the U. S. I just recived it and I get an error message that says " region error" meaning it is NOT compatable in a DVD player made in the U. S. So my question is? Why send it and rip someone off knowing full well it can not be used nor played in the U. S.!!!! Not acceptable at all or cool what so ever, I just hope to get my funds back as I waited a week and a half to get a DVD that was ruined and desperately needed a replacement.Read full review...
