New Moon ..Movie Soundtrack

I am an avid Twilight fan and couldn't resist being one of the first to have the soundtrack before it even hit stores....Death Cab for Cutie,Muse and The Killers are some of the more known bands on Cd...I had not heard of Grizzly Bear,Sea Wolf and some others but I enjoyed them..This CD does not have the same edge to it as Twilight did and you see Bellas Manic Depressive tendencies through out the tracks but all in all I like it except for track 4 which was really annoying because this chicks voice sounded like she was a 4 year old and by the time its done I was pretty sure I was a Manic Depressive in only 2 and a half minutes ...So if your an avid Twilighter or just a fan of music its will probably be worth it So buy it grab a glass a wine, emerge yourself in a bubble bath,start your Cd and lay back and relax ...(but skip track 4!!!lol)Read full review...

Really only one great song - Meet Me on the Equinox

DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE – MEET ME ON THE EQUINOX - great song!

First, I am not a new moon fan. I don't hate it or anything, but I am not going to go and see the movie unless my wife makes me. That doesn't mean I don't like good music - there wasn't much on this cd.

Muse is always good and, of course, Death Cab For Cutie's "Meet Me on the Equinox" was awesome. I am sure they are overplaying it on the radio, but it's very good.

Most of the rest of the cd I had to skip past the songs after a few seconds.

I bought the CD for my goddaughter who is a huge Twilight fan and even she thought the cd was so-so.

Bottom line - you are purchasing 1 great song and a good song or two. The rest, not so much.Read full review...

I love all the Twilight soundtracks...this may be my favorite. Great mix of alternative songs. It is always in my car CD player and has been since the movie came out!

Really nice music!

Saw the movie, loved the music. You won't be disappointed. I bought this for my daughter after seeing the movie together, and she has been enjoying it since.
