Good fun, arcade style, zombie shooter.

This is a very different style to the excellent Resident Evil series (Archives, Umbrella Chronicles, Darkside Chronicles and of course, RE4!).

The House of The Dead series are very 'pulp fiction' style arcade shooter games.

Nevertheless, if you like to #KeepCalmAndShootZombies I reckon you'll enjoy this.

If you don't mind starting again if you die, then this is a good game.

I thought this was going to be like the first one, you aim and you shoot. If you die you start again where you left off. Sadly this does not offer the same option.

To reload you have to move your aim off the screen, not so difficult but it takes time and in this game, you don't have time to waste.

If you die you start from the very beginning so if there is a sticky spot you are having trouble passing, you get to start all over again, and again, and again. You will lose interest very quickly.

The graphics are good and so are the baddies. More grotesque and more ferocious.

A good point with this game is that you can skip over the talking if you wish. I had noticed on the first game that the talking is too long. The whole purpose is to shoot and as much as you can. You don't want to listen to someone rambling on for 5 minutes.Read full review...

This game takes me way back, to the old arcade game days, hod 2 graphics is old school but still not so bad, and the hod 3 is another level game, love both of them.

A great game to relive the good old days. Quite good graphics for the time of original release also no need to find that spare change like in the arcade.

Two games in know featuring the classic arcade games house of the dead 2 and 3. They make excellent use of the wii mote as apposed to a regular light gun, in HoTD3 you use both wii mote and nunchuck as a shotgun where you reload by pumping the wii mote just like a pump action shotgun which sounds just as fun as it is to perform in game.

All round this game will challenge you with various modes and entertain you with the thrill of blasting zombies with your aiming alone. I hope you havery as much fun as I do with the game.Read full review...
