I recommend Blephasol - good value and effective for inflamed eyelids

Blephaclean was recommended to me by my optometrist, but is quite expensive. Blephasol seems to be exactly the same and is much better value. Cleansing my eyelids with Blephasol (now only once a day) has cleared my blepharitis.Read full review
