IMO not user friendly.

They were, IMO, PRETTY EXPENSIVE, are not microwave friendly, and weigh a ton even before being filled. Lesson learned, stick with cheaper ones from gasoline station/convenience store locations. I'm 87 and no longer drive. Am afraid these would be too heavy for a window or some dash cupholders, In an office desk setting, might help build muscle strength.Read full review
