The Third Wave

Following up to Future Shock (1970)…Toffler explains in detail the three basic transformations of society and culture in The Third Wave (agricultural, industrial and technological/information based). This book was published in 1980. It is quite interesting to go back and re-read it today (2021) and realize just how spot-on his predictions and analysis actually rang true. The content is extremely compelling if you are into sociology and history and enjoy understanding the hows and whys as well as the ramifications of policy decisions over a referenced timeline.
