Excellent autobiography! Worth every penny!

I have always admired and loved Gok so bought "Through Thick and Thin" to learn more about him.

This book was excellent. I loved his enthusiasm and the fact that he inspired and taught a lot women to be happy with the shapes of their bodies, that it did not matter whether or not they had curves but to understand, appreciate and learn to love their bodies.

It was a lovely surprise to come across a quick short cooking tip every now and then too!

Even though he has such a busy life, he always finds time to be with his family and friends.

To me his 3 excellent qualities are: Empathy, honesty and great sense or humour!

I absolutely love his book and will re-read over and over again. I have also purchased a copy for my sister.

Excellent and highly recommended!
