James singer meets soundtrack guru

The best tracks on this CD are as good as any James releases, but a good 4 or 5 tracks just don't make the grade. A must for any James or Badalamenti fan otherwise give it a miss.

This album typifies the strengths of Tim Booth, displaying soundscapes and understated depths to a whole range of music.Much of the writing has a vaguely religious theme that is seldom forced , however remains apparent. The arrangements have real depth and are capable of stirring the heart, I was never a big James fan, however this album introduced me to Tim Booths undoubted talent.
