Completely inconsistent quality

I purchased two copies of the same book. The first was in good slightly used condition, as I’d expected. The second had a torn spine and sticky brown smudged marks all over the cover (mud? chocolate? Something else?). I’d bought it for a work Secret Santa but the condition is so terrible, it definitely cannot be a gift. Great prices but watch out for the condition.Read full review...
