A good garden shredder - once you have made a small modification.

I read reviews and watched YouTube videos about this particular shredder. Most were positive except that they keep clogging up and cutting out particularly with leafy materials.

A very simple modification is to trim off the small plastic fins inside the waste chute near the bottom of the shredder. Result? No clogging at all! I have already used mine for hours without one single blockage.

Chops up the waste very finely and will easily cope with wood up to 30mm. You do need to make sure that the branches that you feed through are fairly straight as the feed aperture isn't very wide. So you need to trim any large side shoots from the branches before you feed them through.

All in all a great shredder for the home gardener.
