Toshiba 4k smart TV

I had a HD TV and didn't think the picture quality would be any different, or at best negligible. BUT...truly shocked at how amazing a difference there is. And have to give praise where it's due the Toshiba TV is so responsive and easy to use even I can understand it. An excellent TV for a budget price, what more do you need.Read full review

A very disappointed purchase

This TV looks great but that's where it pretty much ends. Set up an absolute nightmare, didn't help the remote control batteries where dead, I'm assuming this is a new old stock TV, hence the cheap price.
Scrolling through channel guide takes an age, click a few times before it responds then when it does it jumps a few! Netflix every time I view and then close it I need to re-log in again next time, had two tech savvy friends try to help me install Disney plus, not happening on this TV, had to add Chrome cast from my old TV to get it to work. Even when switching it on takes an age, initial tuning it in took forever, absolutely everything needed fine tuning, sound, picture etc.
Every thing on this TV is a chore and if you are not in the slightest bit tech savvy, forget it, it'll drive you mad. Every now and then it opts itself to STORE setting, left hand side of screen telling you all about it capabilities and functions of the TV. Hey Ho, perhaps 3rd time lucky
BTW I'm comparing it to an 8 year old Samsung 50'' Plasma TV, which suddenly went up in a puff of smoke.
Would I recommend it ? Only if your a Tech Savvy Nerd who likes to fidgit with it constantly, other than that, NO!

It's too soon to give a honest review but the TV has bugged out once on me, i think it may of been updating software and decided to turn off and turn back on.

Terrible quality

Had this tv in a spare room. Was used 4 times over a 5 month period and would not turn on with just a blinking start up light. Very common issue according to the internet. Avoid this brand of tv
