tools and zif cables included with dirve

I use these drives in my wife's Zune players. She loves them. They included 2 Zif cables as well which really impressed me as well as basic opening tools.

Can't seem to connect

Hey guys,

I connected the new hard drive in my 5th gen Ipod Classic. But i can't seem to restore it, my ITunes freezes up and does nothing, the ipod keeps showing DO NOT DISCONNECT, but sometimes it says OK TO DISCONNECT.
But still i can't seem to get it working.

Anyone has a tip to get it to restore?
