Tower chip pan
Although it it reasonably easy to operate, the button that needs to be depressed in order to open the lid is tricky to use and awkward when trying to stop the lid from springing up as it does. It does heat up quickly and cooks the chips quickly. Once I master the mechanisms I am sure it will be a great machine Read full review...

I like the idea of the basket where you can lower when lid is closed.Its light but doesn't slip around stays in place.

Large pan for fat, but basket is tiny in comparison! , basket seems to sit high in the oil/fat meaning you can’t put many in the basket as they only get half cooked.
